Mirandy (奈々) is a Product Design Consultant based in Tokyo, specializing in end-to-end design services for mission-driven startups. With a focus on speed, efficiency, and international scalability, she partners with early-stage teams to transform product visions into impactful, user-centered designs.

Her career spans over 10+ startups—including those in Silicon Valley and Austin, Texas—as well as prominent companies like NerdWallet and a YCombinator-incubated startup. She has spoken at global conferences such as SXSW, Experience Design Summit (Google, Uber, and Spotify designers), and Austin Design Week.

Now in Tokyo, Mirandy works with early-stage founders to apply the latest design practices, leveraging new processes and AI tools to create products built for global markets. As a half-Korean, half-Japanese designer conversationally fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3).
